Life can be busy, unpredictable, or difficult to navigate, and online sessions provide flexibility and comfort without sacrificing depth or connection. You can engage in meaningful, supportive therapy from your home, your office, or anywhere you feel safe.

You don’t have to be in crisis to reach out. You just have to be ready to take one small step toward yourself.

My work is especially focused on supporting women navigating motherhood and those healing from relational trauma—experiences that can shape how we see ourselves, trust others, and move through the world.

RELATIONAL TRAUMA

Motherhood can bring profound joy, but also deep ambivalence, isolation, identity shifts, and emotional strain—things we’re often not encouraged to speak about. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, unseen, or stretched too thin, therapy offers a space to breathe, reflect, and reconnect with who you are beneath all the roles you hold.

Relational trauma—whether from childhood, a difficult partnership, or repeated experiences of being hurt or unseen—can leave lasting wounds. In our work together, I create a space where those patterns can be gently explored and understood, with compassion and care.
