Nice to meet you. I’m Aggie (Agnieszka) Korzeniewska.
I’m a psychotherapist and professional breathworker. I work with women who want to feel more at ease in their lives. If you’re tired of carrying the weight of everything and wish someone could take care of you for once—I’m here.
In our work together, we gently look at what’s working in your life and what’s not. We notice where you’re doing too much, what you’re neglecting that really matters, and where the pain might be coming from. I’ve trained in many different therapeutic approaches, but what matters most is that I meet you—just as you are. I listen closely to what you say (and what you don’t), and together we figure out what kind of support you need.
MY BACKGROUND
I chose to train as a transpersonal psychotherapist because this approach honours
the whole of who you are—your thoughts, your family system, your relationships, culture, religion and also your breath and your body.
Our bodies carry the stories we haven’t always had words for, and I help you reconnect with those stories through the breath and presence. Many of my clients say our work goes far beyond traditional talk therapy. OR…. A lot of my clients tell their friends, “She’s not like other therapists—she doesn’t just sit and nod,” and I take that as a big compliment.
As someone with ADHD, I notice everything. In therapy, this means I’m attuned to even the smallest details: how you pause before answering a hard question, the way you smile when you talk about your children, or how you seem suddenly drained thinking about what to make for dinner. Since working with clients with ADHD—and later being diagnosed myself—I’ve completed extensive training in supporting neurodivergent clients, including those parenting neurodivergent children.
My primary focus is working with women who give so much to others that they forget to care for themselves. I support women through relationship challenges, motherhood, anxiety, depression, and life transitions like career transitions, or just that heavy feeling of being stuck.
I started focusing on working with women and mothers when I saw how much of the pain carried by young people I supported was connected to the quiet, unseen pain their mothers were carrying too. When a woman begins to feel more herself again, everyone around her benefits—especially her children.

Do you remember when laughing came easily and joy was a part of everyday life? What if you could pause for a moment, take a breath, and ask yourself—what do I really need? What do I want? And then… actually give yourself permission to follow that?
At the heart of my practice is a simple belief: you already have within you everything you need to feel whole. Sometimes, we just need someone to walk with us as we find our way back to that inner knowing. Whether you're facing relationship difficulties, parenting challenges, ADHD, anxiety, depression or just feeling lost, I’m here to meet you with empathy, presence and curiosity.
My training includes transpersonal psychotherapy, Conscious Breathwork, Family and Systemic Constellations, Trauma Therapy (EMDR), Energy Therapy, Voice Dialogue, and more. Unless you come with a specific focus in mind, I draw from all of these approaches to support you in a way that’s intuitive, grounded, and tailored to your needs.

Alongside my private practice as a psychotherapist and breathworker, I have extensive experience supporting young people through my work as a student counsellor in both secondary school and college settings. I currently serve as the National Representative for the International Breathwork Foundation (IBF) and have held various roles within the British Rebirth Society (BRS), contributing to the development and promotion of conscious breathing practices in the UK and beyond.
Before retraining as a therapeutic breathworker and later as a psychotherapist, I worked in finance across several major banks. This first-hand experience helps me deeply understand the unique pressures faced by women, especially mothers, in fast-paced, high-performance environments—especially within corporate cultures shaped by traditionally masculine values. I support women who are navigating these spaces, helping them reconnect with their inner resources, set boundaries, and thrive without compromising their well-being or authenticity.

I currently work in two different locations in London (North and Central London), as well as online. You can book sessions with me at the AGIP centre in North London (N19) or consulting rooms in Wigmore Street (W1).

The length of therapy varies from person to person. Some clients come for short-term support, while others benefit from longer-term therapy. The pace and duration depend on your goals and needs. We will regularly assess your progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure we’re moving toward the best outcome for you.

I’ve trained in a wide range of therapeutic modalities because I believe in seeing each person as a whole — mind, body, and spirit. As a transpersonal psychotherapist and counsellor, I integrate various approaches to support your unique healing journey.
My training includes Therapeutic Breathwork, EMDR (trauma-focused therapy), Energy Therapy, Systemic and Family Constellations, and Voice Dialogue, among others. Throughout our work together, I draw from these modalities intuitively and intentionally, depending on what you need in each moment.

Psychotherapy and counselling
Most common frequency is once a week. This is kind of the "standard" in therapy — it gives you time to process things between sessions and keeps the momentum going. Most people start here, especially in the beginning.
If you are dealing with high distress (for example a crisis, recent trauma, intense anxiety/depression) you might benefit from sessions 2x/week for a period of time and then move to weekly meetings.
Some people eventually move to once a month check-ins or come as needed after they dealt with the main reason they came to therapy.
Breathwork SessionsThere is no “standard” frequency for Therapeutic Breathwork sessions. Ideally you want to breathe regularly to keep momentum going. Everyone processes at a different pace between sessions though and there is a financial aspect involved as well. After you had the first Breathwork session I will ask you at the end of the session what you feel about the time of the next session. As I said many times in various places on this website, I trust your body. Many of my clients choose to come fortnightly, some come weekly and others only once a month. Occasionally I also see clients who travel to London for a week and they come for an intense breathwork therapy, one session a day for several days. There is no wrong way, there isonly your way.

I use a secure platform called Zoom to meet with clients for online therapy. Each week, you'll receive an appointment reminder with a link to join your scheduled session. There's no need to download any additional apps or software — Zoom works easily on a computer, smartphone, or tablet.
What matters most is that you have a quiet, private space where you can speak freely and feel safe. -
My fee is £90 for a 50-minute therapy session and £170 for 120-minute therapeutic breathwork session. Group breathwork sessions are £39 per 2h session.
-
I accept payments via bank transfer (before a session), debit card and cash in the session. I also provide receipts for insurance or tax purposes if needed.
-
I do not offer a sliding fee scale. I do however offer a lower £50 fee to single mothers in receipt of state benefits. If you are her, please book a free consultation and if I have a space available I will be honoured to support you.

To respect both our time and to allow space for others who may be waiting to reschedule their session, I ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice — or missed appointments without notice — will be subject to the full session fee.
I understand that emergencies happen, and I’ll always do my best to respond with compassion and flexibility when possible.
