Counselling and Psychotherapy
You are holding everyone and everything around you. You're there for your partner when they need support, you're there for your children, managing their schedules, lunches, healthy snacks, and dentist appointments. You help your parents and siblings when needed, you always have a listening ear for your friends, colleagues, and neighbours—but when it comes to you... you don't want to bother anyone. And at times when you do share with someone how you're feeling, they try their best to reassure you that it will get better, yet it doesn't.
Your Very Own Space
Psychotherapy can be your very own space. Once a week, 50 minutes all about you and for you. You can speak freely with no censorship of what's in your mind and heart. You can share your burden and ask questions you have never dared to ask out loud.
When you choose to work with me, you can also let your body talk, and I will listen. The body knows before the mind does, and I'm sure your body has been letting you know that you hold too much for too long.
I am here for you if you want someone to hold space for you for a change.
During our initial chat, I will tell you more about my way of working and answer any questions you may have about starting therapy.
Consultation
During our first meeting, either in person or online, I will ask you many questions. This is so I can learn more about you, your history, current circumstances, and understand your reasons for coming to therapy. This will allow me to understand, at least a little, what shaped you into who you are today and how we can best move forward working together.
Our first meeting will also let you experience what it's like to work with me and how you feel in the room with me. At the end of the consultation, I will ask you whether you would like to continue therapy. I'd like you to know that you don't have to settle with the first therapist you see, whether it's me or someone else. It's important to trust your feelings.
Weekly Sessions
Your sessions will be scheduled weekly on the same day at the same time. They will be 50 minutes long, providing consistency and structure to support your therapeutic journey.
Meet your therapist
Hi, my name is Aggie (Agnieszka) Korzeniewska, and I’ve spent over a decade supporting women just like you—women who are holding so much, often without anyone truly holding them.
I bring a down-to-earth, holistic approach to therapy. It’s not about “fixing” you. You’re not broken. It’s about helping you come back to yourself, slowly and safely, piece by piece.
Some women I work with find it easy to open up. Others sit quietly at first, unsure where to start. Both are completely okay. Your therapy space is yours. I’ll meet you wherever you are.
We’ll talk. We’ll breathe. We’ll include your body—because it remembers the stress, the joy, the heartbreak, the survival. You don’t have to have all the words. We’ll find them together.
Whether you’re overwhelmed by motherhood, facing a big life change, or just can’t shake the feeling that something isn’t right, I offer a place where you can stop running, take off the mask, and feel what needs to be felt.
