Purchase details (e.g. product purchased, date)
Any communication relating to your purchase (e.g. download issues, receipts)
How I Get the Personal Information and Why I Have It
Most of the personal information I process is provided directly by you, either through therapy intake forms, session contact, or through purchasing a digital product.
I use this information to:
Contact you regarding therapy appointments or digital product purchases
Deliver digital content you have bought or subscribed to
Provide customer support for digital products
Send you follow-up information, updates, or marketing emails (only if you have explicitly opted in)

Under the UK GDPR, the lawful bases I rely on for processing this information are:

Legitimate interests: To improve or manage my services and products

You are able to withdraw your consent at any time. Please contact me if you wish to do so.
How I Store Your Personal Information
Your information is securely stored:
Therapy client data: paper notes in locked filing cabinet. A coding system enables me to identify the client. Without knowing the coding system it is impossible to identify client’s identity.
Digital product customer data: I collect a variety of personal information with each product order. This includes: Your name, country, and email address. This information is shared with the e-commerce software provider to ensure the delivery of your order to your inbox. I use your email to communicate with you about your order. When you place an order you may be asked to join my mailing list so I can keep you informed of any updates – consent is not assumed, and given via a checkbox. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in each email.
Emails and marketing systems are password-protected and encrypted where possible
I keep customer email data for as long as you remain subscribed or until you ask for your data to be deleted. Therapy records are kept for 7 years after our work ends, as required by professional guidelines. After that time paper notes are shredded and any computer files are permanently deleted.
Sharing Your Information
I do not share your personal information unless:
You have requested it (e.g. downloading a product or joining a mailing list)
You have given explicit consent (e.g. sharing info with another healthcare provider)
I am legally required (e.g. safeguarding or court orders)
I use a third-party platform to process your purchase or email
All third-party services I use are GDPR-compliant.
Marketing and Newsletters
If you sign up for my newsletter or download a free or paid resource, your email address will be added to my mailing list. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link in any email or by contacting me directly.
